Our Story
Once upon a time in Shanghai, there was world champion table tennis player named Ling. She was known for her wicked serve and making a mean bowl of Orange Peel Chicken. In fact, Ling's skill with an Asian skillet very nearly matched her prowess with the Ping-Pong paddle. So she filled much of her days scoring fans with her play and her delicious cooking. Yet, something was missing.
So she joined a computer-dating service. There, she met Louie, a polite, yet crafty business man from The States. They were complete opposites, but as they say, opposites attract. So Ling & Louie quickly fell in love, moved to America and opened Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill. The perfect union of Asian and American flavor.
Ok, none of that’s true. The real story is that Ling & Louie’s was founded by Randy Schoch, an award-winning restaurateur who wanted to blend the best traditions from the Far East and West into one, amazingly unique eatery. But who needs a good story when all you're looking for is a great dining experience?
