FIRST COURSE
Jalapeno-Yellowtail Roll
Fresh yellowtail rolled with jalapeño and cucumber, topped with avocado and spicy whisky-garlic sauce

Mars Shinsu ‘Iwai’ Whisky – Highball
Inspired by American Bourbons, this corn-based whisky is sweet with flavors of pear, quince and vanilla 

SECOND COURSE
Almond-Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Wok-charred brussel sprouts, whisky-plum sauce

High Line Harmony
An elegant Manhattan, featuring Hibiki ‘Japanese Harmony’ Whisky, Carpano Antica Formula, Angostura bitters and plum bitters

THIRD COURSE
Seared Beef Tenderloin
Stir-fried shrimp and vegetables

 The Yamazaki 12yr Single Malt – Neat
Aged in American, Spanish and Japanese oaks, with delicate flavors of dried fruits and oak with a long complex finish

HAPPY ENDING
Bourbon-Maple Crème Brulee
Topped with Bourbon-poached apples

White Oak ‘Akashi’ – Tornado
Smoked apples, cinnamon and star anise
