Get a Taste of Us During the Stronghold Wine Dinner

Enjoying a glass of wine during the hot summer months is always a great way to cool off! Even better is pairing wine with dinner. You definitely won’t be bored on Thursday, July 27th, 2017. That’s when Ling & Louie’s Scottsdale and Arizona Stronghold Wines host another tantalizing wine pairing dinner.

For only $55/person, you’ll be treated to a four-course meal plus dessert!

The first course we pair Kai-bi Shrimp Lettuce Wraps, made with water chestnuts, onions, and pineapple salsa, with Arizona Stronghold ‘Tazi’ White Blend.

Now that your taste buds are tingling, you won’t want to wait until the second course that features a Seared Duck Salad complete with mixed greens, candied walnuts, and balsamic-red wine vinaigrette paired with Arizona Stronghold ‘Dayden’ Pink. 

No, that’s not all. Get ready for the third course that consists of Seared Pork Tenderloin served with fried rice and red wine mushroom gravy. The perfect accompaniment is Arizona Stronghold ‘Magnus’ Red Blend.

You gotta save room for the fourth course that’s sure to make your eyes light up. Pepper-Seared Beef garnished with asparagus spears, wasabi mashed potatoes and Arizona Stronghold ‘Nachise’ Red Blend.

The Happy Ending course, as we like to call it, delivers a Layered Chocolate Cake with Berry Compote along with Arizona Stronghold ‘Dala’ Cabernet Sauvignon.
