National Noodle Month

National Noodle Month is around the corner again! And here at Ling & Louie’s, we are prepared to celebrate and indulge all March long with an exclusive Noodle Month menu! We’ve come up with creatively envisioned noodle dishes that tie together our East-meets-West heritage and we think you’re going to love it as much as we do!

For starters, the Shrimp and Mango Salad; quite the combination! Garnished with herbs and peanuts and a splash of miso-sesame vinaigrette, we also tossed some yaki soba noodles for an added touch.

Next, our wide array of entrees is sure to soothe your rumbling tummies! This year, we are proudly wokin’ up Louie’s Green Curry Macaroni & Cheese to help ease you into the exotic flavors of the Far East! This dishes seamlessly combines the comfort of homemade Mac & Cheese with a touch of spice from green curry and richness from coconut milk.

If you love duck as much as we do, you’ll love our Beijing Duck Noodles! For Noodle Month, we’re slowly braising duck legs until they are fall-off-the-bone tender and stir-frying the succulent meat with yaki soba noodles and fresh vegetables in Ling’s secret sweet and spicy sauce.

For the adventurous souls out there, we’ve got your back. We brought back The Crying Dragon just for you! Tender sliced beef wok’d with udon noodles, broccoli, mushrooms and a special concoction of chilies to spice things up. It is said that The Crying Dragon is so spicy, it’ll light a dragon’s mouth on fire!
