Corporate Executive Chef Greg Smith is the person to thank. He painstakingly revamped our menu, making more than half of it gluten free while maintaining all of the quality and flavor profiles our customers expect and enjoy. Over 20 of our made-from-scratch sauces are now gluten free. New ingredients have also been added to this exciting menu transformation.
For starters, you’ll want to check out our Black Orchid Ahi served over fresh cabbage with a gluten free spicy soy mustard. Our Chicken Lettuce Wraps are also wok’d in gluten free soy sauce with Thai basil. Yum! We even offer a Miso Soup that’s gluten-free.
Let’s move onto the entrees. You must try the dish that made Ling famous — Evil Jungle Princess. Your choice of specially marinated protein wok’d with fresh vegetables, Thai basil, and mint in Ling’s signature peanut-red curry sauce. Or how about our Cashew Stir-Fry? You’ll want to dance with glee after tasting this enticing mix of bell peppers, onions, snap peas and roasted cashews wok’d with your favorite protein!
Yes, we do have noodle dishes. Keeping gluten-free doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delectable classics like New Wave Pad Thai that comes with rice noodles, shrimp, chicken, and chopped peanuts in a sweet tamarind-chili sauce. You won’t be bored with our spicy Jeweled Beef that’s wok’d with rice noodles, snap peas, and mushrooms in a spicy gluten free soy sauce.
Gluten free sides include Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes garnished with green onions, Asparagus Spears wok’d in garlic, ginger, and even Uncle Fu’s Fried Rice!
We even have gluten-free beverages and a Chocolate Volcano Cake that erupts with flavor! It’s topped with gluten free vanilla bean ice cream and fresh strawberries.
