Hong Kong cuisine is heavily influenced by Cantonese cuisine with international flair from Europe, Japan, Korea, and other Southeast Asian countries. Hong Kong provides an unlimited variety of foods and a complex array of fusion cuisines, giving the country its label of “Gourmet Paradise.”
Throughout August, we’ll be taking you on a journey through this “Gourmet Paradise,” showing off some of the fusion-style cuisine that is popular in Hong Kong.
For example, the featured appetizers exemplify flavors from across Asia. The Blackened Salmon gives a nod to Japan with a savory ponzu sauce while the Five Spice Tofu crosses both Chinese and Malaysian cuisines for a wonderful vegetarian option.
Our Char Siu Pork Chops are the highlight of this menu. Two 6-ounce bone-in pork chops are marinated and cooked to perfection, served with steamed asparagus and pineapple & bacon fried rice! This takes the best of Cantonese cooking and gives it the modern flair Ling & Louie’s is known for!
We also have hand-crafted cocktails, each named for famous landmarks or places across Hong Kong. These cocktails are the perfect complement to any of the featured dishes in August!
