Thank you for joining us this year as we led your taste buds around the world.
Each month we featured a different country and this menu highlights some of the most popular dishes.
You spoke, we listened and these are back for one more month.

THE MENU

Appetizers

Bulgolgi Lettuce Wraps
marinated flat iron steak, onions, cabbage, Korean chili dipping sauce

Satay Trio specially prepared flat iron steak*, chicken, and shrimp skewers, served with spicy peanut dipping sauce

 

Entrees

Bibimbap    snap peas, onions, radish, broccoli, gochujang chili sauce, sunny side-up egg, served over sizzling fried rice
Your choice of: Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, or Scallops

Louie’s Loco Moco *   half-pound marinated beef patty topped with a savory red-wine mushroom gravy and sunny side-up egg, served over your choice of rice

Pho Tai *    ­flat iron steak, rice noodles, seasoned broth, served with fresh herbs and vegetables, jalapeños and lime

Street Noodles *    pork, chicken, shrimp and egg wok’d with rice noodles and fresh vegetables in a light sake-soy sauce

Indonesian cuisine is one of the most vibrant and colorful cuisines in the world, full of intense flavor. It is eclectic and diverse, in part because with more than 300 ethnic groups calling Indonesia home and influencing each region with a unique mix of traditions and ingredients.

Loempia’s  Crisp spring rolls filled with vegetables and marinated chicken served with crisp lettuce cups and a tangy mushroom oyster sauce 

Pineapple-Chili Shrimp   Crispy tempura shrimp, Asian slaw, pineapple salsa served with a sweet & spicy pineapple chili sauce

 

Entrees

Shrimp Fried Rice (Prawn Nasi Goreng)
The national food of Indonesia.
Spicy fried rice with jumbo shrimp & a sunny side-up egg 

Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng) Crisp & juicy chicken thighs marinated in a coconut cream sauce, then flash fried. Served with wasabi mashed potatoes and corn on the cob Louie’s style

Braised Beef Stew (Semur)*   flat iron steak, seasoned hearty broth of potatoes, onions,
tomatoes, and carrots all served over top of your choice of rice

Bourbon-Glazed Pork Slider
Bourbon-glazed pork, apple slaw and wasabi honey-mustard
